first off, they took the time to really look for my profile but couldn't find any, we spent almost an hour on a call figure it out, only when I disputed with bank that I realized the merchant is different. so basically there is nothing to fix from this platform, but a different.
But a month later, they tried to charge my card again and even started sending me emails as if I was still active. They said they cannot find my account... I was so upset.
I had to open a dispute with my credit card company to stop the charges.
It felt like they were just ignoring my cancellation entirely. However, during the investigation, they found out it was actually not datemyage... somehow just the same name ***myage... I was wrong so I am writing just to come clean...
I am happy I got my money back from the other website.

I didn't subscribe to any dating apps, and they went into my bank account and took my money without my permission and refused to put my money back in my account. I need my money back into my account ASAP, and to anybody reading this, I wouldn't subscribe to this site at all.
It's a very big scam; they get to go into your bank account and take your money without your permission. This is a sad world we live in.

This has been resolved since July, just got time to update this, I realized i was using offline chat, they sent me a file that says credit expenditure history. it was charged differently from online chats. Fized.
Although I wasnt able to contact anyone by phone, I appreciate that the chat feature allowed me to connect using just one or two credits per message. There was a little confusion about my 18 credits, as it seems the chat may have been left open by mistake,,, but Im hopeful your team can look into it and help me sort things out. Thanks for providing a platform to meet new people, and I look forward to continuing to use it!
