You can never get through to talk with someone in person. This website is a scam and has taken several thousand dollars out of my account when I would send a gift of a heart, I was charged 399.00 dollars for each gift I had a death in my family only to come home to find a bank account drained do not use this dating website unless you have several thousand dollars to give away boy did I get scammed and now paying the price.Angry

No live person. When you want to cancel they dont actually let you because the automated system doesnt complete the action.

The page freezes and then no email confirmation ever comes letting you know they have cancelled your subscription.

Know live agent to answer calls. Bot system seems to be how they fails customer service.

It can take a little patience to delete your profile/account since they want to make sure its really you, but its doable and straightforward once you follow the steps. Customer support is available, and while you might need to wait a bit, you do eventually reach a real person who helps you out properly (unlike other apps i used befoe).

Submitting a support request isnt instant, but it does get resolved without going in circles. User's recommendation: Worth using this site /// they send mostly helpful, relevant messages, and while you may need to adjust a few settings, its far from spammy.

Actually calls went nowhere. There only contact phone is A1 chat that sent me in circles. They responded by email, to tell me they considered the issue resolved (it wasn’t) I am still in DateMyAge *** my profile has not been deleted after at least 20 requests which go unanswered and it is clear this site is all A1 with no real person actually there. Avoid this site like the plague..
