A few days ago, I left feedback about being unable to cancel my account because there was no 'Cancel Account' option after clicking Settings Manage Account. At that time, I intended to stop my membership just because I don't have the patience to do dating over again.

They reached out to me in an email and did it immediately... I've since changed my mind and would like to reactivate and continue using my current membership.

I now have the time to learn how to use the platform properly and make the most of its features. Please reactivate.

I have tried calling and also talked endlessly to a bot. I need help about your service.

I first came onto your dating site on Saturday - 2 days ago.

I thought I had paid for a monthly membership but then suddenly I was having to pay for emails, etc. I need to know how to get a monthly or other membership and what the actual cost is.

It can take a little patience to delete your profile/account since they want to make sure its really you, but its doable and straightforward once you follow the steps. Customer support is available, and while you might need to wait a bit, you do eventually reach a real person who helps you out properly (unlike other apps i used befoe).

Submitting a support request isnt instant, but it does get resolved without going in circles. User's recommendation: Worth using this site /// they send mostly helpful, relevant messages, and while you may need to adjust a few settings, its far from spammy.

I cannot purchase credits but my account is still active. Please explain.

I have a lot of credit missing. I do not do voice calls.

I do not deal with anyone under 60 years old, and this is not the first time this has happened. So my credit better get back on the website. I am not kidding anymore; I do not do audio or voice calls. They're too high.

I do emails now, very little chat; it's too high.

If my credit is not put back, I will find out why this has happened more than once. Maggie Craddock

I just had an issue with confusion in the system, since it is new to me. I don't think I have registered on any platform like this before.

I was confused why my spending was quick and didn't know it needed credits for special features like the metaverse, so I called customer service, who spent almost an hour answering all my questions... Very patient, I would say.

That's all. At least this time it is a positive experience, hehe.

My friend told me about this site; he said this works for men just looking for somebody to talk with and, like me, is afraid to meet in person. I thought it was perfect for me, but these negative comments seem off, so I am not sure yet.

I cancelled the same day I thought Id give it a try to see whos out there- was obviously AI generated with fake profiles. Cancelled immediately, now no way to take my profile down- just floating out there in cyberspace

I hope the company wouldn't get offended, but based on my experience, some navigations here are confusing. I get to click a certain button which leads me to another site.

I contacted their chat support, and I was advised it's because I agreed to the terms for coregistration. Guess what?

I saw it outlined in the terms. Anyway, all in all, I'm happy so far.

I already got verified before, I have the blue check but then one day they removed it, I was upset, because my freinds questioning me if I am a true person, Now, It took me 20 minutes to get ahold of a support, I think she's from the headquarters, and without a warning she said, the verification policy now needs to be done every six months...

What a hassle!, but on the flipside, I see where this is coming from, I actually think this is a great aidea to really make users secure, just that I need to submit selfies and ids againnnn...

Personal take is, each of us has our own experiences. Mine started very bad because many show intention but won't say yes to outside, but I realized just like personal, it also takes time to win somebody's trust.

On the other side, I like how this app looks like it is made for both young and older people my age, very smooth to use. Just hope they put more verification so other people would be confident to try like myself.

Not every chat turned into fireworks, lol, but I've made a couple of genuine connections. Feels more about communication than just dating.
